We are in Medical Network with many of the Major insurance companies, Including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health Care, Humana, Tricare, Coresource, and Medicare are accepted for Oral Sleep Appliances ONLY.
Your cost for treatment is determined by your plan and what coverages you have. It will be based upon your deductible, out of pocket expenses, etc. of your medical insurance. Our services are NOT filed under a dental policy.
If you have an HSA or Flex account savings and would like to use those funds, our services qualify.
We also offer 3rd Party financing thru Care Credit. If you have a Care Credit account that’s great? If not we can still get you signed up. Approval only takes a few minutes while in office.
If you don’t have insurance, there are still treatment options and financing options for you. We accept most forms of payment. Cash & Credit Cards are Accepted.
